% 04.04.2016 This Court has been informed that the trial is in progress before the Trial Court and the evidence of the petitioner stood closed on 16.3.2016 and the next date fixed before the Trial Court is 25.4.2016 for evidence of the respondent/tenant/ The petitioner is apprehensive that the trial may get delayed. Submission is that he is before the Trial Court since the last about six years but for one reason or the other his trial is getting delayed. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he is not responsible for the delay.

Be that as it may, the Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the petition expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of eight

months from the date of receipt of this order. With these directions petition disposed of.
