% 30.01.2019 The respondents have been served notice. Since they do not have a counsel, Mr. Atul Buchar, Advocate, present in the Court, is appointed as their counsel for the day. He submits upon instructions that the respondents have no objection to the transfer of the case to another Court. The case has been referred by the learned District Judge for its transfer to another Court because the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, JJB-IV, East District, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi before whom the case FIR No. 325/2017 is presently listed, has been mentioned as a witness in the Chargesheet.

In view of the above, the aforementioned case is transferred to JJB, North-East, Delhi. The learned District Judge shall have the case file transferred to JJB, North East, Delhi. The parties shall to appear before the latter forum on 26.02.2019.
