% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to settle the subject matter for a total sum of `10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only), which has already been deposited with the respondent NDPL now known as Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd. (TPDDL) in terms of the order dated 07.01.2009. Ld. Counsel for the respondent concedes for the settlement amount having been received and submits that he has instructions to state that No Dues Certificate in terms of the settlement shall be issued by the respondent within 03 weeks days from today.
