Sanjay v. State (Gnct Of Delhi)
$~9 *
IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ BAIL APPLN. 688/2017 SANJAY ..... Petitioner Through :
Mr.R.N.Sharma, Advocate.
versus STATE (GNCT OF DELHI) ..... Respondent Through :
Mr.Amit Gupta, APP.
SI Krishan Gopal, PS Jafarpur Kalan.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.P.GARG
O R D E R
% 05.05.2017 1.
The petitioner seeks interim bail in case FIR No.62/2014 registered under Section 302/201/34 IPC at Police Station Jafapur Kalan. Status report is on record.
2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
3.
The petitioner seeks interim bail to arrange funds and to take care of his grandfather suffering from cancer. Status report reveals that the petitioner's grandfather is already taking required treatment from Action Cancer Hospital. Medical report dated 22.4.2017 reveals BAIL APPLN. 688/2017
that he was admitted only for three or four days for supportive care and management at the hospital. It is informed that the petitioner was granted interim parole twice earlier.
Apparently, he had sufficient time to arrange funds (if any).
4.
Considering the gravity of the offence whereby the petitioner is involved in offence under Section 302 IPC and material prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined, I find no sufficient ground for grant of interim bail.
5.
The bail application is dismissed.
