1. Parties state that the Sale Deed has been executed before the SubRegistrar, who is said to be not proceeding with the registration till the interim order passed by the Court is clarified.
2. It is clarified that the interim order passed on 26th August 2013stands vacated by the subsequent order dated 18th March 2015 passed in CS (OS) No.1636/2013. Consequently, no interim order as such survives in the present suit. In view of the settlement between the parties, and the parties having acted upon it, the Sub-Registrar will proceed to register the Sale Deed in accordance with law.

3. Parties agree that the suit can be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between them. It is so ordered.
