% 10.10.2018 FIR No. 493/2013 under Section 354-A IPC was registered at Police Station - Rajouri Garden, Delhi on the complainant of respondent No. 2 - Ms. Mini.

He also holds a Special Power of Attorney in his favour duly executed by respondent No. 2 - Ms. Mini. Special Power of Attorney has been taken on record. Mr. Satish Kumar Tandon submits that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent No. 2, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
