The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks following prayers:- "In view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus and/Or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing of FIR No. 372 / dated 03.05.2014 registered with P.S. Najafgarh, Delhi undetf Section 7/10/55 E.G. Act, against the petitioner.

Any other relief that the petitioner is entitled to, may also be allowed in her favour."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take the grounds urged herein before the learned Trial Court at an appropriate stage. 3.
