% 16.11.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that in pursuant to the inspection dated 12.06.2009 and amount of Rs.58,438/- has been paid and no dues remained against the respondent till 21.02.2017. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does dispute the submissions made by the counsel for the respondent and submits that nothing remained in the present petition. The same has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition and the accompanying application is dismissed as infructuous.
