% 12.10.2018 Petitioner is in custody for the past one year. Allegations against the petitioner are that out of ten properties mortgaged by him, documents of five properties were forged.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that as per charge sheet itself, out of `20 crores, `3 crores have already been recovered. It is contended that the co-accused who are government servants, have already been granted bail; investigation is over; charge sheet has been filed; charges have been framed and trial is underway. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only)
