Vide the present petition under Section 482 Cr P C, petitioners seek direction thereby quashing of the FIR No.15/2011, registered at police station Parliament Street, New Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 380/419/420/468/471/34 of the IPC. 2.

Learned Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed before learned Trial Court and matter is pending for framing of charges. 3.

Appeared none on behalf of the petitioners.

Even otherwise, the petitioners may argue, all the issues raised in this petition before the trial court at the time of passing order on charge.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
