O R D E R

% 08.01.2019 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that though, in the response-sheet of the result of Delhi University Entrance Tests, it is reflected that he had not attempted Question No.188, the system log reflects that he had, in fact attempted the said question, albeit, wrongly.

This, learned counsel for the petitioner, throws a doubt on the acceptability of the response-sheet, and the correctness of the entries made therein.

Accordingly, he presses CM No. 42494/2018, which directs the respondents to produce the petitioner's audit log for the LL.B Exam 2017-2018.

Mr. Rupal undertakes to produce the said log, for the perusal of this Court, on the next date of hearing.

Renotify on 4th February, 2019 for disposal at the end of the Board as part heard.
