% 24.05.2018 It has been pointed out that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 4.5.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. In terms of the Settlement Agreement the respondent has undertaken to pay to the petitioner sum of Rs20,00,000/-. Five post dated cheques have also been given to the petitioner for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- each. The respondent will ensure that cheques when presented are duly encashed.

Binding the parties to the Settlement Agreement the present petition is disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps as per law including seeking revival of this winding up petition in the eventuality any post dated cheque is returned unpaid.

Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
