The suit file has been placed this Court vide order dated 25.05.2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Original) stating inter alia that the case has been received back from the court of the learned ADJ, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, in terms of the order dated 18.05.2016 to the effect that the case does not pertain to the said district. 2.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the present case ought to have been forwarded to the court of the District & Sessions Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma Courts.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to transmit the case file to the court of the District & Sessions Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma Courts. The parties shall appear before the concerned court on 22nd August, 2016. 4.

As none is present on behalf of the defendants today, counsel for the plaintiff shall give a written intimation of the next date of hearing to the other side.
