O R D E R
% 04.10.2018 The petitioner seeks change of the furlough condition to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- in lieu of surety bond of Rs. 10,000/- with personal bond of the like amount. Mr. Rahul Mehra, the learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has been incarcerated for more than a decade. The petitioner has been released nine times on furlough and twice on parole and on each occasion, he has furnished a surety. Therefore, surely the petitioner has maintained his social ties and hence, would be able to furnish a surety. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.
