O R D E R

% 17.08.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 24th January, 2018 whereby he was granted the first spell of furlough for a period of three weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount. According to the petitioner, he has not been able to furnish the said surety bond. A perusal of the status report reveals that the family of the petitioner comprises of his wife who is aged 65 years and two sons who are doing their business of Cold Drink. Thus, there are family members in the family of the petitioner who can furnish the surety bond.

Hence this Court finds no ground to modify the order dated 24th January, 2018.

Application is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Central Jail, Tihar.
