% 18.09.2018 According to the Status Report, the whereabouts of the petitioner's family are not known. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to furnish appropriate address, if so instructed. Additionally, he will seek details of punishment awarded to the petitioner in June, 2018. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that since the petitioner was awarded a punishment on 13.06.2018, therefore, he would not qualify for grant of parole under the Furlough/Parole Guidelines, 2010. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition at this stage. Accordingly, it is dismissed as withdrawn. NAJMI WAZIRI, J SEPTEMBER 18, 2018 RW
