% 12.08.2016 The status report has been tendered in court. The statement of petitioner no.1 recorded today itself before the court has also been tendered in court, and is taken on record.

Petitioner no.1 states that she is married to petitioner no.2 out of her own free will and accord, and that she would like to live with him. Respondent no.2 (Satish Kumar) - the father of petitioner no.1, the mother of petitioner no.1 (Anita Devi) and the grandfather of petitioner no.1 (Tara Chand) are also present. They have also produced their election ID cards to establish their identity. The same are taken on record.

They state that they do not wish to have any relationship with the petitioners and they severe all their relationship with them. They also undertake to the court that they would not extend any threat, coercion or cause any harm to the petitioners.

I may observe that the address provided in the petition of petitioner no.2 is of Amroha. The Delhi address of the petitioners has been disclosed as B-7/228, Sultanpuri. During the course of hearing, it had been clarified that there is a typographical error and the same be read as D-7/228, Sultanpuri. It is also reported that the petitioners are not residing at the said address, which is the address of the maternal uncle of petitioner no.2. In the aforesaid circumstances, no further direction can be issued and are called for in view of the statements made by the father, mother and grandfather of petitioner no.1.

Petition stands disposed of.
