% 04.09.2018 For the relief sought in this petition, petitioner ought to make a representation in the first instance. Learned counsel for petitioner submits, after tracing out the application filed by petitioner for grant of Bhumidari rights, a representation would be made within six weeks from today. If any such representation is received by second respondent, then it be dealt with expeditiously and in any case within a period of twelve weeks after receiving the representation and the fate of the representation be made known to petitioner within two weeks, so that petitioner may avail of the remedy as available in law, if need be.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition and the pending application are disposed of.
