1. None appears for the Respondents despite service. The Respondents are, accordingly, set ex parte. Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that in terms of arbitration clause in the lease deed dated 30th July, 2015 between the parties, a three-member Arbitral Tribunal is envisaged. The Petitioner has already nominated its Arbitrator and sent a notice on 13th May, 2016 to the Respondents calling upon them to nominate their Arbitrator. On the Respondents failing to do so, the present petition has been filed.

2. With there being no opposition to the present petition, the Court, appoints Mr. Arun Kumar, former Additional District & Sessions Judge (Mobile No.9953044978) as the Arbitrator on behalf of the Respondents. The two arbitrators will now meet and decide on the name of the third arbitrator within four weeks.

3. If there is any difficulty in implementing the above direction, it is open to the Petitioner to apply for directions.
