% 05.04.2019 Counsel for the Registrar of Companies points out that the present case is, in fact, covered by Rule 126(2) of the Delhi Co-operative Rules, 2007 and since the respondent bank/ co-operative society is agreeable to accept the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- paid by the petitioner in satisfaction of the Recovery Certificate, the matter could be closed. Counsel for the respondent bank is also agreeable to treat the payment made by the petitioner of Rs.2,00,000/- as full and final satisfaction of the Recovery Certificate.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present petition by directing that the petitioner's entire liability stands settled with payment of Rs.2,00,000/- to the respondent bank and no further amount shall be payable under the Recovery Certificate.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SANGHI, J REKHA PALLI, J APRIL 05, 2019 N.Khanna
