% 19.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks appropriate enquiry including arrest of respondent No.3. Petitioner got lodged FIR No. 139/2018 under Section 354B/506 IPC on 17th February, 2018.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has handed-over an additional status report as per which final report in case FIR No. 139/2018 has been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction keeping respondent No.3 in column No.12. Thus the remedies if any available to the petitioner are before the Trial Court.

Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas before the Trial Court.
