As per the status report besides FIR No.220/2016 under Section 509 IPC registered at PS South Campus, Delhi against the petitioner there are two more FIRs registered against him under Section 354 IPC. 3.

Considering that this is the third involvement of the petitioner this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR.

submits that the investigation is complete and the charge sheet will be filed within a period of four weeks.
