1. Since the settlement was arrived between the parties at pursuant to mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and the suit was decreed in terms of the said settlement, the Defendants who filed a counter-claim are entitled, under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, to refund of the full court fee paid by them for such counter-claim.

2. The Registry will issue to the Applicant/Defendants, within two weeks from today, a certificate entitling them to receive back from the Collector of Stamps the court fees paid by them on the counter-claim.

3. The application is disposed of.
