O R D E R

% 27.03.2017 The learned counsel for the execution petitioner submits that the wall which was damaged and which led to contempt petition being filed has since been reconstructed. He submits nothing further survives in these proceedings and that the application for contempt action is also not pressed. The counsel for the decree-holder further submits that the payment of maintenance for the months of January to April, 2015 which was the grouse expressed at the time of hearing on 08.05.2016 by judgment debtor no.2 has also been paid and the claim in that regard satisfied. In these circumstances, these proceedings are closed as no further directions are required.
