% 28.09.2016 Statement of the petitioner has been recorded in Court today that he will vacate the said property in question within 15 months from today i.e. on or before 27.12.2017. Other terms have also been stated in the Statement. The Statement is taken on record and the petitioner shall be bound by the same. He shall abide by all the other terms and conditions stated in the Statement.
In view of the above Statement, learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions from the respondent submits that the respondent shall not execute the Eviction Order till 27.12.2017. Learned counsel for the respondent further submits that rent for the last three years has not been paid by the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has denied the same stating that the same has been deposited in the trial court. The petitioner shall give details to the respondent where the rent has been deposited within two weeks from today.
In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. SEPTEMBER 28, 2016/n JAYANT NATH, J

I, undertake to vacate the suit property and hand over the vacant physical possession to the respondent within 15 months from today i.e. on or before 27.12.2017.
I undertake to pay all the pending agreed rents, electricity and water dues for the period that I utilised the premises. I shall not wilfully damage any part of the property or induct any third person into the property.
