% 07.09.2017 This petition is filed under Section 11(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) seeking appointment of an arbitrator.

It is urged that the parties enter into an Agreement on 10.06.2013 to provide certain PR Services for a period of six months. It is the case of the petitioner that it has not received its dues. Clause 6 of the Agreement between the parties has an arbitration clause which provides that in case of dispute, the parties shall endeavour to amicably settle the disputes, otherwise, the disputes shall be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act .The petitioner has invoked the arbitration clause on 21.07.2016. As the parties have failed to agree upon an arbitrator, this petition has been filed.

Learned counsel for the respondent has entered appearance. He is not

able to show any objection to the appointment of the Arbitrator. Accordingly, Mr.B.C.Pandey, Advocate (Mobile No.9811007851) is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). A copy of this order be sent to the learned Arbitrator and DIAC.

The petition stands disposed of.
