I am informed that, learned Arbitrator entered upon reference on 23.12.2016.

Furthermore, it is stated by counsel for the parties that after expiry of period of 12 months, with mutual consent, the time for rendering the award was extended by a period of 6 months.

It is stated that further time is required for concluding the arbitration proceedings.
