% 24.08.2018 The appeal had been disposed of vide order dated 6.8.2018 with directions to the learned Trial Court to take up the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC filed by the appellant in FAO No. 363/2018 as defendant to TM no.27/2018 with directions to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the said application with a period of three days from the date of the hearing of the appeal on 13.8.2018 at 2:30p.m. The matter has been taken up today on an office note pursuant to receipt of letter dated 18.8.2018 of the learned Additional District Judge-04, Patiala House Courts, as forwarded by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts on 20.8.2018 with reasons detailed therein seeking extension of time till 25.8.2018 for disposal of the said application.

In view of the reasons detailed in the letter dated 18.8.2018 of the learned Additional District Judge 04, Patiala House Courts time is

extended for disposal of the said application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC in TM No. 27/18 pending before the said Court till the date 25.8.2018 as requested.
