W.P.(C) 7291/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the notification dated 07.9.2006 issued by Urban Development Department, Government of NCT, Delhi has not been complied with. Petitioner is stated to be a resident of D-49, Defence Colony, New Delhi. His submission is that his property being similarly situated should be converted into a commercial space and this would be in terms of the aforenoted notification. Admittedly, no representation in writing has been made to the Department.

This petition is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach by way of a written representation to the Department which may be answered in accordance with law. INDERMEET KAUR, J AUGUST 19, 2016 ndn
