% 14.07.2017 CM No. 24076/2017 (for initiating contempt proceedings) This application has come to be filed in a contempt petition disposed off on 22.8.2016. Said contempt petition was filed on the premise that the respondents had violated order dated 13.8.2015. In the instant application, the grievance is for the violation of another order dated 28.8.2016. The application is wholly misconceived and is dismissed, being not maintainable.
