W.P.(CRL) 2327/2018 The Prayers of the petitioner in this petition is directions to the SHO/Investigating officer in case FIR No. 823/2016 under Section 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Tilak Nagar to file a charge sheet thereon expeditiously and speedy trial thereon. Though second prayer in the present petition cannot be granted at this stage as charge sheet has not been filed, W.P.(CRL) 2327/2018

however, learned ASC for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that the investigation in the above noted FIR is complete and charge sheet will be filed within two weeks.

In view of the statement of the learned ASC for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition any further.

Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
