% 10.08.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks release on parole for three months to look after her only sister who is suffering from Calculi in Gallbladder and her operation is due to be conducted between 18th August, 2018 to 28th August, 2018.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report the petitioner has three minor children who are being looked after by her sister and the sister of the petitioner is suffering from Calculi in Gallbladder, for which a surgery has been performed on 9th August, 2018. As per the nominal roll handed over in Court today which is taken on record, the petitioner was granted 12 weeks parole by this Court whereafter W.P.(CRL) 2338/2018

the petitioner is on furlough for a period of three weeks from 26th July, 2018. The petitioner has to surrender after furlough on 17th August, 2018. Since surgery has already been performed and the petitioner will have a week's time to look after the sister, this Court finds no ground to grant further parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
