% 30.01.2020 CRL.REV.P. 762/2013 & Crl.M.A. 634/2020 The present application has been filed by petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition, vide which quashing of order of 23rd March, 2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in a complaint case under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, is sought. The reason put forth in the application seeking withdrawal of the revision petition is that the petitioner has submitted that she has forgiven the respondent and will not claim anything for past, present or future.
