By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners are seeking quashing of case FIR No.08/2015 under Sections 498-A/377/506/323/511/34 IPC registered at PS GTB Enclave and the proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Today learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.2/complainant submit that the parties want the matter to be amicably settled and for that purpose they would make a joint request before the learned trial Court to refer the matter to Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
