It is stated that cross-examination of the prosecutrix in FIR No. 366/16 is yet to be concluded on behalf of the applicant and the same is fixed for 2.6.2017. Let the cross-examination be concluded first. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application, with the liberty to file afresh on the conclusion of prosecutrix examination in FIR 118/2017.
