O R D E R

This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order [dated 21st July, 2018 in HMA No.1420/17 of the Court of Judge Family Court (Central)] allowing the application of the respondent husband for amendment of the divorce petition.

At the time of filing of the application for amendment, the proceedings in the divorce petition were pending for completion of pleadings.

This petition came up first before this Court on 27th August, 2018 when none appeared for the petitioner on the first call and on second call adjournment was sought and the petition adjourned to today. 4.

On 27th August, 2018 itself, it was realised that the petitioner wife, along with this petition, had not filed a copy of the divorce petition of which amendment was sought and the application for amendment, copy of which was filed, did not set out the amendments sought and merely sought placing of the amended petition on record. Without knowing as to what was the original petition, the challenge to the order allowing the amendment CM(M) 998/2018

application cannot be understood. The petitioner, in this petition also, has not clarified the said aspect.

The counsel for the petitioner wife also today is searching his paper book for papers, which have not been filed.

Such half baked petitions cannot be entertained. 7.

The petition is rejected.
