Mr Sibal, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant's business is closed on account of the outbreak of COVID19/Lockdown. He submits that the applicant has been unable to arrange of the funds in view of the current mitigating circumstances; nonetheless, the applicant is committed to make the entire payment along with interest. He states that the applicant has arranged ₹50,00,000/- and is willing to deposit the same with the Registry of this Court as part of the consideration agreed to be paid in terms of the order dated 13.12.2019. 2.

He states that the balance amount along with interest shall be paid within a period of six months from today and at least rupees four and a half crores will be paid within a period of four months. 3.

Let the sum of ₹50,00,000/- be deposited with the Registry of this

Court within a period of two working days. The Registry is directed to place the amount in an interest bearing account.

Issue notice to the petitioner, returnable on 16.07.2020. 5.
