LPA No.428/2018 & CM No.31325/2018 Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant states that there is difference between inquiry and investigation. The said submission is made with reference to the observations made by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission in paras 52 to 54 of the order dated 9.5.2018.

It will be open to the appellant to file an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge, pointing out the aforesaid difference and accordingly make appropriate prayers.

With the aforesaid observations, the appeal is disposed of. Pending application is also disposed of.
