% 27.09.2016 By an order dated 05.09.2016, it was proposed to appoint Justice Anil Kumar (retd), a former Judge of this Court as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the dispute between the parties. Justice Anil Kumar, (Retd) has since furnished the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'). Accordingly, he is appointed as the sole arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties. The arbitrators fee shall be fixed in accordance with Schedule IV of the Act.

The parties are at liberty to approach the sole arbitrator for fixing a preliminary hearing.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of. Order dasti to both the parties.
