Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.3 states that, although he has not been served in the present proceedings, he has been approached by the petitioner seeking to
resolve the issue by negotiating a settlement. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the SDMC, on instructions from Mr. Naresh Sharma, AE, states that the subject property situated at plot No.84-85, Pocket-10, Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi, has been booked for deviations from the sanctioned plan and undertakes that necessary action in that behalf shall be taken against the subject property expeditiously and in accordance with law. Directed accordingly.
