Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would like to surrender and approach the Trial Court for grant of regular bail and, in these circumstances, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court for grant for regular bail and prays that the same be considered by the Trial Court expeditiously. 2.
