The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 258/2013 under Sections 302/304B/498A/120B/34 IPC registered at PS Nangloi.

I have heard the counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
The petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2013.
Material prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Admittedly, the victim was the petitioner's daughter. There are allegations that the petitioner had illicit relations with the victim's mother-in-law and that was motive to murder her daughter.

The prosecution has examined PW1 Amit; PW12 Sandeep, victim's brothers who have not implicated the petitioner for her BAIL APPLN. 1697/2016
murder. They have completely exonerated him. The victim's mother PW14 Santosh also did not level any allegations of illicit relations of the petitioner with the victim's mother-in-law. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
