The instant appeal has been filed by the appellant impugning the judgment and decree dated May 31, 2014 passed in LAC No.26/2011 with respect to Award bearing No.2/2007-08 pertaining to land falling in Village Jhilmil Tahirpur, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the instant case is covered by the judgment dated December 19, 2014 delivered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in LA.APP.No.401/2014 titled as Ashok Kumar Sharma vs. Union of India & Anr. whereby the appeal filed by the land owners/land users with respect to same acquisition has been dismissed. Learned counsel LA.APP. 242/2016

for the parties further submit that in view of the judgment passed in LA.APP No.401/2014, this appeal may also be dismissed. 3.

Accordingly, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal is dismissed in terms of the judgment dated December 19, 2014 passed in LA.APP.No.401/2014 titled as Ashok Kumar Sharma vs. Union of India & Anr.
