Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled the matter and that a Settlement Agreement dated 14.12.2024 [hereinafter after to as 'Settlement Agreement']. It is contended that in terms of the Settlement Agreement, the possession of the subject premises shall be handed over by the Petitioner/tenant to the Respondent/landlord on 25.01.2025.

A hard copy of the Settlement Agreement has been handed over in the Court today. The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.

The parties shall abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of. All pending applications stands closed.
