W.P.(Crl.) No.2358/2018 By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.103/2018 under Sections 377/363/506/34 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act registered at PS Khajuri Khas on the ground that parties have settled the matter.

Considering the seriousness of the allegations, abovenoted FIR cannot be quashed on the basis of settlement.

Petition is dismissed.
