Learned senior counsel on instructions from counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal and CM No.29444/2016 for the reason the appellant desires to file an application before the learned Single Judge praying that appellant's Managing Director be exempted from appearing on August 17, 2016 in terms of the order dated August 02, 2016. EFA(OS) 18/2016

Dismissing the appeal as withdrawn we simply observe that if the appellant were to seek exemption from appearance of its Managing Director the learned Single Judge shall consider the request in view of the averments made in the application and documents if any filed in support thereof. 3.

Copy of this order be supplied dasti under signatures of the Court Master to learned counsel for the appellant.
