Ms. Jyoti Tyagi, learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the present appeal has become infructuous as the judgment passed by the High Court in connected matters in LA Appeal No.266/2008 titled Jai Singh vs. Union of India has been upheld by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. In that view of the matter, this appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
