% 13.08.2018 This petition in public litigation has been filed by the petitioner and it is his grievance that respondent No.2 had made certain construction adjoining House No.886, Ward No.8, Islam Colony, Mehrauli, New Delhi in an unauthorized and illegal manner and is carrying out illegal quarrying, making a prayer for demolition or removing of the unauthorized illegal construction, the writ petition has been filed. On scanning the pleadings available on record, we find that no statutory rule or regulation is shown to be violated. Specific instances of illegalities, facts and foundation to enquire into the illegalities are not being made out from the pleadings. It is a writ petition, which is vague in nature, W.P.(C) 8199/2018

without any specific details and at the instance of the petitioner based on such vague and unspecified pleadings, we are not inclined to conduct a fishing and roving enquiry and grant relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, finding no case made out for interference, the writ petition is dismissed.
