% 05.12.2016 This matter has been listed by the Registry seeking directions in respect of the sentence imposed by the judgment dated 10th September, 2012 and order on sentence dated 25th September, 2012. By way of Crl. A 1668/2013, the appellant has assailed his conviction by the trial court judgment dated 10th September, 2012 and the consequential order on sentence dated 25th September, 2012 in the case arising out of FIR No. 383/2007 registered at PS Nangloi. This Court by the judgment dated 29th April, 2016 modified the conviction of the appellant from under Section 302 IPC to one under Section 304 Part I of the IPC. This Court had specifically modified the order of sentence and reduced it to only 10 years imprisonment. No order of fine has been imposed by the court while modifying the sentence. The judgment dated 29th April, 2016 is explicit so far as the sentence of the appellant is concerned. It is clear that the court has
modified the order of the trial court with regard to the fine as well and the same cannot be demanded from the appellant.
No further orders are called for in this regard. GITA MITTAL, J ANU MALHOTRA, J DECEMBER 05, 2016 mr
