% 15.10.2018 A status report dated 11.10.2018 has been tendered in Court and taken on record. The daughter of the petitioner - Moni has also been produced from Nirmal Chayya. As per the status report the suspect - Ankit was located in his native village and he has joined the investigation. The statement of Moni under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has also been got recorded. The petitioner is present in Court. We have counselled him not to scold or beat Moni. The petitioner states that he has not done so and shall not do the same in future.

Today, Moni states that she wishes to return with the petitioner to her parental home and she also wishes to pursue her studies. Moni is accordingly directed to be returned to the petitioner today itself from Nirmal

Chayya. The SHO, PS Mianwali is directed to ensure that a close watch is kept on the movement of Moni as well as Ankit so as to prevent a repeat of the incident.
